Neuco hired me as a consultant, alongside Baxter Interiors, to set up an outdated office space as an inspiring and progressive hub of success.

The brief
During their expansion in 2019, Neuco made the bold move to leave their serviced office at Platf9rm, and take on their own permanent office space. They brought me in as a consultant for setting up their new space.
Neuco’s founders John, Laurie, and Will are very progressive employers, fully realising the power of a living and thriving work environment. Since they understood the benefits that greenery would have on their staff’s wellbeing (improved air quality, reduced stress and increased productivity and concentration), they wanted an immersive biophilic design for their space.
The result
Martyn, his contractors, and our team collaborated to create a vibrant and playful space for the staff to work in and reflect, with our team providing all plants, pots, and planting tools. As a result, Neuco and their office space have flourished, and the company expanded again in 2022, where they grew into a second floor in their office.
Again, Neuco chose to work with me and Martyn to create the perfect biophilic environment for their staff. We have also maintained these offices since, and subsequently worked with Martyn on several other projects.
